Subject: Notification of exceeding 10% of total voting rights at Skarbiec Holding S.A.
Text of the report: The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) publishes, attached hereto, the notifications on exceeding the threshold of 10% of total voting rights at the Company it received on February 4th 2022 from Mr Zbigniew Juroszek and from JUROSZEK HOLDING sp. z o.o. (formerly JUROSZEK INVESTMENTS sp. z o.o.) with its registered office in Katowice. According to the notifications, the threshold of 10% of total voting rights at the Company was exceeded following a transaction to acquire Company shares executed on January 31st 2022.
