The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on August 30th 2021 it received information from Skarbiec Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (the “Management Company”) that on August 30th 2021 the Supervisory Board of the Management Company passed a resolution to appoint, as of September 1st 2021, Mr Rafał Zięba to the Management Board of the Management Company.
Information on the educational background, qualifications, positions held and professional experience of Mr Rafał Zięba is attached to this Current Report.
