The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) publishes, attached hereto, the notifications on exceeding the threshold of 5% of total voting rights at the Company it received on March 31st 2021 from Mr Zbigniew Juroszek and from JUROSZEK INVESTMENTS Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cieszyn. According to the notification, the threshold of 5% of total voting rights at the Company was exceeded following a transaction to acquire Company shares executed on March 30th 2021.
