Subject: Release dates for periodic reports in financial year from July 1st 2020 to June 30th 2021

The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) publishes the release dates for periodic reports in the 2020/2021 financial year and announces that the Company’s current financial year covers four quarters beginning on July 1st 2019 and ending on June 30th 2020.
Release dates for periodic reports in the 2020/2021 financial year, covering the period from July 1st 2018 to June 30th 2019:
Annual report and consolidated annual report for the financial year from July 1st 2018 to June 30th 2019: September 12th 2019;
Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter (July 1st 2018 − September 30th 2018) of the financial year − November 16th 2018.
Consolidated half-year report for the first half (July 1st 2018 − December 31st 2018) of the financial year − February 15th 2019.
Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter (January 1st 2019 − March 31st 2019) of the financial year − May 15th 2019.
The Management Board of the Company announces that, acting pursuant to Par. 62.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz.U. of 2018, item 757) (the “Regulation”), the Company, as the parent, will not issue separate quarterly reports, but only consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information specified in Par. 66.1–4, Par. 66.5 first sentence, and Par. 66.9 of the Regulation, and that, acting pursuant to Par. 62.3 of the Regulation, the Company, as the parent, will not submit a separate half-year report, but only a consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements, together with an auditor’s review or audit report, containing a statement of financial position, a statement of profit or loss (general), a statement of changes in equity, a statement of cash flows and notes, with information and data which is significant for a proper assessment of the Company’s assets and financial position but which is not included in the consolidated financial statements.
