The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on January 8th 2020 Paweł Tokarski tendered his resignation as a member of the Company’s Management Board, with effect from January 8th 2020.
No reason for the resignation was specified.
Since January 8th 2020 the Company has been represented by Anna Milewska, President of the Management Board, and Michał Reszka, the Company’s Commercial Proxy.
