Further to Current Report No. 26/2019 of July 4th 2019, the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the publication date for the half-year report and consolidated half-year report covering the period from July 1st to December 31st 2019 has been changed.
The publication date for the half-year report and consolidated half-year report covering the period from July 1st to December 31st 2019 originally set for February 14th 2019 has been changed to March 30th 2019.
The other information contained in Current Report No. 26/2019 of July 4th 2019 remains unchanged.
Legal basis of the disclosure requirement:
Par. 79.5 in conjunction with Par. 80.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz.U. of 2018, item 757).
