Subject: Resignation by Skarbiec TFI Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces the information received on March 12th 2019 from Skarbiec Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (the “Management Company”) regarding a resignation tendered by Ms Anna Milewska as Member of the Supervisory Board on March 12th 2019. The resignation became effective as of its date. Anna Milewska’s resignation was submitted following her appointment as President of the Management Company’s Management Board.

Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
