Subject: Execution of annex to agreement signed by subsidiary of Skarbiec Holding

Further to Current Report No. 33/2018 of September 27th 2018, the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on October 31st 2018 it was notified by the Company’s subsidiary, Skarbiec Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (the “Management Company”), that on October 31st 2018 the Management Company and Trigon Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. signed Annex 1 to the agreement on investment portfolio and risk management at the closed-end investment fund Trigon Globalni Liderzy Wzrostu Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty (the “Annex”).
In the Annex, the parties agree to change the date of entry into force of the agreement on investment portfolio and risk management at Trigon Globalni Liderzy Wzrostu Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty (the “Agreement”) to December 1st 2018, after the Articles of Association of Trigon Globalni Liderzy Wzrostu Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty (the “Fund”) are amended by specifying the Management Company as the Fund’s portfolio manager.
The other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
