Further to Current Report No. 6 of April 10th 2018, the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on April 10th 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Ewa Radkowska-Święton, Vice President of the Management Board, as President of the Management Board. The appointment is effective as of June 1st 2018.
Ewa Radkowska-Świętoń has worked for the Company since September 2017. First she was a Member of the Management Board and then she became Vice President.
Ewa Radkowska-Świętoń is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Faculty of Finance and Banking. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designations. She has received the following awards: in 2013 – Bulls and Bears for the Best Open-End Pension Fund, in 2010 – Bulls and Bears for the Best Open-End Pension Fund, in 2005 – Golden Portfolio for the Best Bond Fund Manager. She began her professional career in 1995 as Equity Analyst at the Capital Transactions Centre of Bank Handlowy. In 1996–1998, she was Equity Analyst and then Portfolio Manager at ING Investment Management Polska. In 1997−1999, she worked as a lecturer at the Higher School of Banking and Insurance. In 1999–2007, she was Fund Manager and later acting Director of the Investment Department at ING Investment Management Polska S.A. In 2007–2008, she was Fund Manager at Aviva Investors Poland. In 2008−2012, she served as a Member of the Management Board, Portfolio Management Director, at ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. In 2012−2017, she was Vice President of the Management Board, Chief Investment Officer, at Nationale Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. (formerly ING PTE S.A.)
Ewa Radkowska-Świętoń is not engaged in any activities outside the Company.
She is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
