Subject: Appointment of President of the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A.

The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on October 10th 2017 the Company’s Supervisory Board passed a resolution to appoint Mr. Bartosz Józefiak to the Company’s Management Board for the next term of office and as President of the Management Board, with effect from October 10th 2017. The appointment was connected with expiry of the previous term of office.
 
Information on Mr. Józefiak’s education, qualifications, positions held and professional career was provided by the Company in Current Report No. 46/2017 of September 8th 2017.
