The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the „Company”) announces that on October 10th 2017, the Company’s Annual General Meeting passed a resolution to appoint Mr. Raimondo Eggink to the Supervisory Board for the next term of office and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, with effect from October 10th 2017. The appointment was connected with expiry of the previous term of office.
Information on Mr. Eggink’s education, qualifications, positions held and professional career was provided by the Company in Current Report No. 53/2017 of September 29th 2017 and correction of Current Report No. 53/2017 of October 2nd 2017.
