Subject: Appointment of Member of the Management Board of Skarbiec TFI S.A. − Correction
Text of the Report:
Further to Current Report no. 49/2017 of September 8th 2017 concerning appointment of a Member of the Management Board of Skarbiec TFI S.A., the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) hereby corrects an obvious error in the text of the Report by replacing the date of appointment of Mr Dariusz Lasek indicated as “October 1st 2018” with “October 1st 2017”.
Presented below is the text of the report after correction:
The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today it has been notified that on September 8th 2017 the Supervisory Board of Skarbiec Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (“Skarbiec TFI S.A.”), a subsidiary, passed a resolution to appoint Mr Dariusz Lasek to the Management Board of Skarbiec TFI S.A., with effect from October 1st 2017.
The Company further announces that information on Mr Lasek’s education, qualifications, positions held and professional career was provided by the Company in Current Report No. 24/2017 of June 28th 2017.
Legal basis: Par. 5.1.22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2014, item 133).
