The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. announces that it has today been notified that the Supervisory Board of the subsidiary Skarbiec Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
(“Skarbiec TFI S.A.”), at its meeting held on June 28th 2017, passed a resolution to appoint
Mr Dariusz Lasek to the Management Board of Skarbiec TFI S.A., with effect April 1st 2018.
Information on Dariusz Lasek’s education, qualifications and previously held positions, as well as employment history, is attached as an appendix to this report.
