Further to Current Report No. 7/2014 released by the Company on November 28th 2014, the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, by virtue of its decision of December 8th 2014, registered amendments to Article 8 of the Company’s Articles of Association (adding Article 8.7 concerning a PLN 278,896 conditional increase in the Company’s share capital by way of an issue of 348,620 Series C shares) and entered information on the change in the Company’s share capital in Section 1, Subsection 8 of the Register.
