The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on September 13th 2016 it received a notification from Tomasz Stadnik, member of the Company’s Management Board, to the effect that on September 12th 2016 he acquired 1,500 Company shares. The notification was given under Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse.
