Subject: Correction of separate annual report of Skarbiec Holding S.A.
Text of the report:
The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that as a result of an editorial error in the separate annual report of Skarbiec Holding S.A. for the period of 12 months from July 1st 2015 to June 30th 2016, issued on August 26th 2016, the ‘Accounting policies and notes’ section contained the following errors:
The tables of Note 30. ‘Related parties’ (pages 46–47 of the annual report):
− for a related party Skarbiec TFI S.A., in the ‘Sale’ column for the period July 1st 2015−June 30th 2016, the disclosed amount was “0”, while the correct amount should be “PLN 14,934 thousand”.
– for related party Skarbiec TFI S.A., in the ‘Receivables’ column for the period July 1st 2015−June 30th 2016, the disclosed amount was “0”, while the correct amount should be “PLN 1,068 thousand”.
In view of the above errors, the Company corrects the periodic report by publishing a new version of the separate annual report of Skarbiec Holding S.A. for the period of 12 months from July 1st 2015 to June 30th 2016. The Company further announces that the remaining contents of the Annual report form R for the period of 12 months from July 1st 2015 to June 30th 2016 have not been changed and remain valid.
Legal basis of the disclosure requirement: Par. 6.4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent of information required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2014, item 133, as amended).
