The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) provides the release dates for periodic reports in the 2014/2015 financial year and announces that in connection with the change to the Company’s financial year the current financial year will cover a period of six quarters, beginning on January 1st 2014 and ending on June 30th 2015.
Release dates for periodic reports in the 2014/2015 financial year, covering the period from January 1st 2014 to June 30th 2015:
Consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2014/2015 − February 12th 2015
Consolidated quarterly report for Q5 2014/2015 − May 11th 2015
Full year report and consolidated full year report for the 2014/2015 financial year − September 7th 2015
The Company’s Management Board announces that, acting pursuant to Par. 83.1 and 83.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent of information required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2014, item 133), the Company, as the parent, will not issue separate periodic reports, but only consolidated quarterly reports containing information specified in Par. 87.1‒3, Par. 87.4 and Par. 87.8‒9 of the Regulation.
The Company’s Management Board also announces that, acting pursuant to Par. 102.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent of information required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2014, item 133), the Company will not issue the quarterly report for Q6 2014/2015 due to the fact that the Company’s full year financial report will be released on September 7th 2015.
