Subject: Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A.
Text of the Report:
The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that at the meeting of June 27th 2016 the Company’s Supervisory Board passed a resolution to appoint Tomasz Stadnik as member of the Company’s Management Board with effect from September 1st 2016, for the period until the end of the three-year joint term of office, ending on the date of approval of the Company’s financial statements for the financial year ended June 30th 2017.Tomasz Stadnik will replace Piotr Kuba, who resigned from the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. with effect as of August 31st 2016 (see Current Report No. 19/2016 of June 17th 2016). Mr Tomasz Stadnik submitted a representation to the effect that as of the date of his appointment he will not conduct any activity competitive to the business of Skarbiec Holding S.A. or the companies of its Group and will not be a partner in any competitive partnership under civil law or another type of partnership or a member of a governing body of a competitive company.
Mr Tomasz Stadnik is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register. Information on Tomasz Stadnik’s education, qualifications and previously held positions, as well as employment history is attached as an appendix to this report.
