Further to Current Report No. 18/2026 of 27 May 2026 concerning the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 23 June 2026, the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the Company has received the nomination of Paweł Cichosz as a candidate to the Supervisory Board from the shareholder Real Estate Investment FIZAN. The nomination includes the candidate’s curriculum vitae, consent to serving as a member of the Supervisory Board, and confirmation of his eligibility for the Supervisory Board.
