Further to Current Report No. 14/2025, the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. announces that on 9 May 2025 it received information from Skarbiec Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. regarding the amended resignation of Mr Krzysztof Fabrykiewicz from his position as a member of the Management Board. The resignation has been modified to take effect on 30 June 2025 (previously: 31 July 2025), i.e., in alignment with the date of termination of his position as a Member of the Management Board at Skarbiec Holding S.A.
