(the “Company”) publishes, attached hereto, a list of shareholders holding 5% or more of total votes at the Annual General Meeting held on September 24th 2015, specifying the number of votes conferred by the shares held by each shareholder, and their percentage share in the votes represented at that Annual General Meeting and in total voting rights.
