Further to Current Report No. 27/2022 of July 12th 2022, the Management Board of SKARBIEC HOLDING S.A. (the “Company”) announces a change in the publication date of the consolidated half-year report for the period from July 1st 2022 to December 31st 2022.
The publication date of the consolidated half-year report covering the first half of 2022 (period from July 1st to December 31st 2022), originally set for February 20th 2023, has been changed to March 23rd 2023.
The other information contained in Current Report No. 27/2022 of July 12th 2022, as amended by Current Report No. 34/2022 of October 14th 2022, remains unchanged.
