Subject: Appointment of Member of Skarbiec Holding Management Board

The Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on January 16th 2022 the Company’s Supervisory Board passed a resolution to appoint Krzysztof Fabrykiewicz as Member of the Management Board.
The resolution becomes effective as of its date.
Information on the educational background, qualifications, previous positions and professional experience of Krzysztof Fabrykiewicz is attached to this Current Report.
Krzysztof Fabrykiewicz also serves as Member of the Management Board of Skarbiec TFI S.A. Save for the holding of this function, Krzysztof Fabrykiewicz is not engaged in any activity, including activity at an undertaking competing with the Company’s business, nor is he a partner in any partnership under civil law or other type of partnership competing with the Company’s business, or a member of the governing body of any company or other legal entity competing with the Company’s business, and he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register of August 20th 1997 (Dz.U. of 2022, item 1683, as amended).
Legal basis of the disclosure requirement: Par. 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz.U. of 2018, item 757, as amended).
