Subject: Number of Management Board members at subsidiary of Skarbiec Holding S.A.

Further to Current Report No. 22/2022 of June 24th 2022 announcing that the Supervisory Board of Skarbiec Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (the “Management Company”) set the number of members of the Management Board of the Management Company at four, the Management Board of Skarbiec Holding S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on July 5th 2022 it received information from the Management Company that on July 5th 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Management Company, acting pursuant to Art. 21.2.4 of the Articles of Association of the Management Company, passed a resolution to make amendments relating to the number of members of the Management Board of the Management Company of the current term. The number of members of the Management Board of the current term is three to five.
Legal basis of the disclosure requirement: Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
