Skarbiec Holding is a shareholder of Skarbiec TFI, an investment fund management company, and Noble Securities, a brokerage house. Established in 1997, Skarbiec TFI is one of the longest-operating investment fund companies on the Polish market. The company manages investment funds and sub-funds, as well as portfolios of financial instruments, with assets totaling more than PLN 6,5 billion. Skarbiec TFI is among the market leaders in Poland in terms of assets under management and is the one of the biggest independent investment fund company operating in the country.

For more than 30 years, Noble Securities has been an active participant in the Polish capital market, offering a broad range of services to both retail and institutional investors. The company has successfully executed numerous financial instrument issuance projects, specializing in the debt capital market. It is also one of the undisputed leaders in commodity markets organized by the Polish Power Exchange (Towarowa Giełda Energii), particularly in the segment of trading volume generated by brokerage houses.
